My name is Laura, I am a libra and I am 30 years old. I have been doing yoga daily for about 2 years now and I will be doing yoga for the rest of my life. Nothing has impacted me more than yoga. Yoga has helped me through my darkest times, connecting myself to a deeper level, connecting to others, and remembering to always breathe and stay in the awareness of the present moment.  Other than my passion for yoga, I am also into Reiki. Having my Reiki I and II certification, I truly believe that everything is energy, we are energetic beings and we can learn a lot from our energy, and the energy of others, once we dig a little deeper.
