Sadhana Yoga School

We are entering the world of online learning in a big way. We have launched our online yoga teacher training course and invite you to be a part of it.

The 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is the yoga industry standard to become a certified yoga teacher and to be able to register with Yoga Alliance. This 5-hour online course is intended to give you an introduction and an overview of almost all the components of a 200-hour yoga certification course.

As I describe it to people I meet:

“It is like a 200-Hour Yoga Training in 5-Hours, online & on your own time. If you have ever thought about doing a yoga teacher training, this is definitely a great first step!”

Not only does this online yoga teacher training give you a taste of what an in-person training will cover, it is packed with invaluable content. I have been involved with over 100 Yoga Alliance registered trainings at the 200-hour level, and have distilled the main topics & points in the lectures and exercises in this course.

The teachings of this course are inspired by many great yogis and here are some of the books we recommend for further study:Teaching Yoga by Mark Stevens, Secret Power of Yoga by Nischala Joy Devi, Sivananda Yoga Companion, Yoga Anatomy by Leslie Kaminoff and many others.
