Rachael first encountered yoga when she was 15 years old and since then she has been in a state of enamored curiosity with the practice in all its forms.
Her training in ballet and contemporary dance has given her a deep understanding of the human body, including the areas of anatomy, kinesiology, and functional movement, which she feels complements her yoga practice perfectly.
She guides her classes from the perspectives of safety, alignment, and mobility, with a strong focus on expression and the healing modalities of movement.
She views yoga as a deeply spiritual practice, saturated with ancient philosophy, and feels blessed to be able to share this with others.
She has completed more than 500 hours of training through Yoga Alliance programs in the UK, Guatemala, and Hawaii.
